The main feature of this Maple is the fiery coral red colour of the branches and twigs that are a real stand out in winter when the tree is bare. The green summer foliage turns golden yellow in autumn. A statement feature tree worthy of a place in any planting scheme. Deciduous.

'Senkaki' AKA 'Sango Kaku' will do best in a sheltered position with protection from afternoon sun and harsh winds. 'Senkaki' has an Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society.

Maple. A beautiful small tree with delicate, long, lacy fingers of bright green foliage, the new tips are often tinted with salmon tones. Soft autumn colours before leaf fall. Very graceful. Best in a sheltered position away from harsh winds and afternoon sun. Deciduous.

Leaves five lobed of long, narrow linear shape unfurl in spring, soft orange red then become green, tinted with bronze orange, maturing to a good green, in autumn turning golden yellow. Upright, vase shaped small shrub. Deciduous.

Japanese Maple. A beautiful tall and elegant Maple with an upright habit. The spring leaves have 9-11 lobes and emerge shiny dark purple. Summer leaf colour has hues of bronze, red and green. Red tones in autumn prior to leaf fall. Plant in a sheltered spot. Deciduous.

This Maple was discovered as a chance seedling in the Esveld Aceretum and is possibly a cross between A.shirasawanum and A.palmatum. It has received an Award of Merit.
